Are there ATM machines in the airport for withdrawing Renimbi using a US Bank ATM card?

As far as I know, there is a service counter of Bank of China that can provide a service of money withdrawal and deposit, foreign currency exchanging as well as Visa and MasterCard services.
If you use the type of UnionPay Card, you can enjoy those service.0
