About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

We are planing to go to Hong Kong from Shanghai.

Do we get a HK visa on board or do we need to apply ?

Chandu, Indians enjoy 14 days free access to HK. So you needn't apply one in advance. You can get there from Shanghai without applying anything in advance.
