born in usa infant to return to china with parent

Chinese father return to China with his 4 month old daughter to live in China. Dose infant need a visa or travel documents. What would be the time to stay on the visa?

Lyle, the infant needs to apply for a travel documents, which allows her to stay as long as she wishes.
