About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

Do I have to get a visa for Hong Kong? or is the Chinese one enough?

I get entry permit to mainland China (I'm traveling to Guangzhou) ,but I'll arriving at Hong Kong first.

The entry permit for mainland China cannot be used to enter Hong Kong, so you have to apply one for entering Hong Kong as well.
