About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

Got married and came to hk in dependent visa in 2007 and I did renew it in 2008.

but after 2 yrs I got a health problems n return back to homeland so I didn't get chance to renew of 3 yrs. now I am fine but no responses from him. eager to stay in hk so can I come back with same passport and hk id to stay. or else I will get into trouble?

Shantigurung, if your HK ID has expired, you have to apply for a dependent entry permit again. The process is the same as the first time you apply for it.
