About:Huangshan Weather

Clothings preparation in June to Mt. Huangshan

Hi I'm planning for a trip this weekend, may i know what is the recommended clothing? Shirt with a jacket and jeans is it enough?

Yes, it is enough. If just in day time, I suggest you wear T-shirts, you will get hot when climbing the mountain, and it’s warm because enough sunshine. If you are going to stay one night in the mountain, your jackets and jeans will be useful, for it is cold on the top.

By the way, accoding to the weather forecast, it will rain heavily at this weekend. If possible, change your plan. If not, do prepare raincoat and alpenstock.

Oh hi, thankyou for your timely reply! Yeap saw the weather forecast was planning for friday and saturday and forecast shows sunny weather thanks for reminding :) and do you think it is important to stay near the sunrise areas to get a good view? As it would be too dark to travel to the sunrise places when the hostels are far?
