About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

6 hrs in Hong Kong

Please tell me can we use the free shuttle if we are in HK for a few hours have no idea what to do please can you help we are 50 and 57years old

There is no free bus available in the airport. Considering you only have few hours, you are suggested to visit the HK Asia World-Expo Arena, which is near the airport. You can take the airport express to Asiaworld-Expo Station. The fare is HKD5. Have a try.
