About:China Bank Acount, Credit Card, Traveler's Cheque

i have construction bank and agricultural bank, Savings account, "Unionpay atm cards"

i try to use them in Malaysia where i live, agricultural bank try to work but no enough fund on the agric unionpay atm, but construction bank unionpay didn't work, i try 2-3 different banks atm machine is the same problem. what can i do? which of the bank card can i apply for because am businessman working as road construction company in Malaysia. please tell me the best of China bank atm card that i can use to withdraw or transfer money in Malaysia without any obstacle... awaiting your response thanks you happy weekend.

Post Bank or some banks run by the state.

pls i have the same problem with my agiricultural and consturction bank unionpay cards i cant use them in malaysia please which china banks can i sign up in other to withdraw and transfer money in malaysia without problem? send me the list of bank in china that i can use there atm here and the type of atms i need to signup thanks.

Hi, the bank card of the Bank of China is the most secure one. You can withdraw money on the ATM without any problem. And hereunder are the bank list apart the three mentioned:
Industrial and Commercial Bank;
Post Savings Bank;
Merchants Bank;
Citic Bank;
PDB (Pudong Development Bank);
Bank of Communications
