Do you refer to the one that is located at Tongzhou District?
If yes, take subway line 13 from Wudaokou to Zhicun Road, and transfer to line 10 and get off at Songjiazhuang. There you can easily transfer to Yizhuang metro line and get off at Jinghai Road. Then your destination is around 3km away. Take a taxi to reach within 5-8min. The whole trip takes around 2h.
