About:China Visa Application Requirements

Can I obtain a China visa from China Embassy in the US?

It is my first time to apply since I became a Canada citizen. I used to be a Chinese citizen. I am a permanent resident in the US and live in Maryland, US, currently.

Yes, you can apply from Chinese embassy in the USA. Since you were a Chinese before, your previous passport and entry permits are required for your application. Of course, you should submit original and a copy of your permanent resident permit.
