Well, there is no direct train or long-distance bus that can take you to Kunming.
You need to take a coach to Chengdu first. Then take a taxi to Chengdu Railway Station.
Direct trains there can take you to Kunming. The schedules are 08:42, 13:00, 13:57, 15:02 and 19:04. The duration is 18 to 20 hours. Or you can fly from Chengdu to Kunming, which takes about 1.5 hours. You can check the real time train/flight schedule via this website on your own.1
