Hi ! any suggestions for cheapest hotel near Huangpu River?

I know one budget hotel named 'Hanting Express (Henglong Plaza Branch)'.
The price is CNY 100 to 200 per night. This hotel is about 600 yards from Huangpu River.
And the exact address is Building B, 1051 Xinzha Road, Jingan District.
