What type of visa I could get? And necessary documents? Please reply me.

I'm earthquake victim in nepal.im homeless.1 chinese company accept my job requist and sending me job letters.

Suman, job letter isn't enough. If you plan to work in PRC, you should acquire the work permit first. Then you need use it to apply for a Z type. After you acquire the Z type, you need to change your work permit into an employment certificate and then change your Z type into resident permit.
