About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

I saw a news portal saying that China had opened its cosulate office in Kota Kinabalu?

if there is, what is their scope and location.

Raymond, it's true that Chinese consulate office in Kota Kinabalu has been open. However, it doesn't accept visa application yet. If you don't live under the consular area of Kuching consulate, then you have no choice but visit the CVASC in Kuala Lumpur.
