About visa application is receivable or not latest news about?

dear.
Now china embassy is ready or not to give any type of visa for those people who vaxinated if not ready then what time to expect for waiting kindly answere me.

Those who have been vaccinated with Chinese vaccine are allowed to apply for M, F and Z visa.

but i apply for m visa or given my Document to gerry office in islamabad about one month ago but they still not given my passport or visa? what time to expect?
