About:Visa Policy of China

60 day visa application

I am leaving the US on 9/9/15. Plan on arriving in Beijing from Moscow on 11/28/15. Leaving from Hong Kong to Hanoi on 12/18/15.
I will not be able to apply for a class L type before I leave the US, because it will expire prior to me leaving China in December.
Will I be able to apply at your Consulate in Rome, Italy, which would be a third country application, I believe?
I am in need of your guidance in this matter.

William, you can apply from the CVASC center in Rome. The requirements are the same.

Thank you. I understand the process takes 4 days, but that it can expedited for an additional fee. Is that so?

Yes, you need to pay more if you plan to use express (3 working days) or rush service (2 working days). For express service, it costs extra 61 Euros. For rush service, it costs extra 73.2 Euros.
