i am planning to visit hongkong for 5 days. can i visit all the important places?

Yes, 5 days are totally enough for you to tour around HK.
You can arrange the route in the following way.
Day 1: Disneyland Resort
Day 2: Ocean Park, A Symphony of Lights, Avenue of Stars
Day 3: Ngong Ping 360
Day 4: Victoria Peak, Madame Tussauds
Day 5: Causeway Bay, Central Area, Tsim Sha Tsui
