buy ticket at another city

can i buy 1) wuxi-huangshan-wuxi 2) wuxi-urumqi from the railway station in Taizhou, Jiangsu where currently i stay ??

Yes, it is OK, but an additional service fee os CNY5 per ticket would be charged by the staff there.
