I will have to go to Ningbo from Shanghai is long distance bus available from Pudong airport?

No, there is no direct bus from the airport to Ningbo. You can take the shuttle bus line 1 or subway line 2 to Hongqiao Railway Station, where you can take the bullet trains to Ningbo (The duration is about 2 hours).
