About:Harbin Ice Festival

I am planning to be in Harbin 30th December till about 3rd January.

I understand the festival does not open until Jan 5.... is it still worth the visit during the time I will be there?

Oh, it's still worth to go then, when the festival will be during the trial operating time. During that period of time, you can still see many exquisite ice sculptures. Good trip!
