1st train from central to hong kong airport on weekday morning

Hi. I have to travel from Central to Airport (Plane departure time 710am) on a weekday early morning. May I know what's the timing for the 1st train to take from Central to Airport?Thanx so much! =)Alan (Singapore)

First of all, you should know that you need to walk 5-8min from the Central Station to HK Station to take the Airport Express to HKIA. The first train leaves at 05:50 and it takes 25min to the airport. The timing is not enough to catch your early flight.
