About:Grand View Park

I already submitted my application for Hongkong visa to China Embassy in Houston.

I would like to know how long it will take. I bought a ait ticket and booked hotel. I will travel on June 28

Thu, if the consulate itself deals with your application, it will only take four working days. However, if your application is transferred to the HK Immigration Department, it will take one month or longer.

Can i use mainland Chinese entry permit to go to Hongkong? I have vietnamese passport.

Nope, the entry permit for mainland is not the same as that for Hong Kong. To enter HK, you have to get a separate emtry permit.
