About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

Extension of F visa or convertion to L

Hi! I'm on an F type that will expire in July, I'm a freelancer and would like to extend my stay without leaving China. Is that possible?

Andrea, you can try to convert the F type into L type or simply extend the current F type without leaving China, but you should know that the extended stay duration won't be too long. When the extended stay duration runs out, you have to leave China.
