About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Is the BKK Chinese Embassy open for pick up service from 3-4PM ? Pick Up Form only says 9-11:30AM

Cassandra, according to the information on the website of the embassy, applicants can pick up passport between 9:00-12:00 am and 3:00-4:00 pm during working days. However, I think you had better go there between 9-11:30 am in case that there is time change.
