Do I need a physical examination paper to apply for a China viza Z?

I am a Romanian citizen who is planning to apply in Romania. On the Embassy's website it is mentioned that I don't need one but on the Consulate's website it says I would need one. So which is the correct information?

Cecilia, generally speaking, the physical examination paper is not required when applying for the Z type. However, a work permit is required for the Z type application. When your employer deals with your work permit in China, you may need to provide this physical examinination paper.
