Weather between July - August in Taiwan

Hi, I'm visiting from 25 July - 4 Aug. I've never experienced a typhoon before, is it likely to ruin my holiday? Or does it ever get sunny during these month?

Just want to prepare myself and u camera for the weather :-) a brief description would be great help? Thanks!

Oh, July and August are typhoon months in this area. There are lots of heavy rainy days and seldom sunny days. Although the temperature is warm and comfortable, it will influence your holiday a lot. So maybe you need to change the travel plan. :-)
