It is a good idea to travel the two places during that time. As for the itinerary, here is my suggestion:
June 2: Check in your hotel first to leave the luggage. Go to Tsim Sha Tsui to enjoy yourselves at the Avenue of Stars and the Vitoria Bay. Go to Ladies Market and Mong Kok for shopping. At night, go to Temple Street Night Market to taste local dining.
June 3: Go to the peak in the morning, where you can visit the Madame Tussauds and peak tower. In the afternoon, have fun at Ocean Park.
June 4: Visit Sky 100 and Kowloon Park. Then head for Causeway Bay to taste local snacks and roam around.
June 5: Ngong Ping 360 and Tai O Fishing Village
June 6: Wong Tai Sin Temple – Disneyland Resort
June 7: Stanley Market and Aberdeen
June 8: It is suggested to take a ferry to Macao. Then visit the Fisherman Wharf – Wine Museum and Grand Prix Museum. Then go to Venetian for a visit.
June 9: Macao Tower and A-ma Temple. If there is time left, go to Rua do Cunha for dining and shopping.
June 10: Senado Square – Ruins of St. Pauls –Monte Fort. Then prepare to leave.
