About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

transit visa required in Beijing?

Hi ,I'm Malaysian and my friend is Philipino,KL-PEK by Malaysia Airline and PEK - Pyong Yang North Korea by Air China.would like to know below :
1. Transit visa required for transit about 13hrs.
2. Luggage will be check thru to the destination

No visa is needed for 13h stopover. As I know, if you hold the through ticket, your luggage will directly be transported to the final destination, no need to reclaim at PEK. For this matter, you'd better consult your airlines further.
