Ticket pickup for train Beijing south to Qingdao

Where should we pick up our tickets we booked when going from Beijing South to Qingdao with G189 ?
They are paid so we just have to pick them up somewhere !

You need to pick-up the tickets at Beijing south railway station, just find the ticket window, show your passport and ticket pick-up number to the staff, who will print out the paper tickets for you.

I read somewere that you should pickup tickets some Days earlier then departure but we are arriving Beijing with Aircraft same day in morning so we have no chance to pick these up earlier then maybe 1-2 hour Before departure.

It is ok, when you book the tickets, please make sure the names and passport numbers are all exact the same as show on your passport.
