i wish to obtain a working visa. but i dont know where to start.

Felix, first you need to find a qualified Chinese employer who can recruit foreigners. Then, you need to sign a contract with your employer and ask him to help you acquire the work permit from local labor bureau. Then you need to take the work permit to apply for the Z type from Chinese embassy in your country. After you get the Z type, you should enter and then change your Z type into a resident permit within 30 days.0
