In Hung Hom Train station of HK, you can take a train to Guangzhou East. After arrival, take the subway line 3 from the train station to Shuangxi Changlong. Then take the Exit E and walk about 750 yards to the resort.As i know, this agency doesn't have such package. I suggest you have an independent travel, for these are big cities with mature English access in transportation and attractions, you will make it easily.

How long does it take from Hong Kong to Guangzhou (Chimelong) by train and/or subway ?

You need to take a train from Kowloon Station, get off at GZ East Railway Station first. It takes around 2 hours on the way. Then take subway line 3, get off at Hanxi Changlong Station, Exit A. It takes around half an hour. After that, take free shuttle bus to get to the scenic area directly.
