About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

Staying in China after 60

I am Australian and have been teaching in China for nearly 9 years. Next year (August) i will turn 60 so may not be allowed to continue teaching. I have heard that i can start a company here as long as i have my resident permit and a chinese business partner but what type would i need and how to go about getting it

Hey, it's true that you can open a company. You can open an company with any type. However, you should apply for a Z type if you plan to do your business and stay longer. The process for applying Z type for corporate jurisdical person is much more complicated. I think you'd better find an agency to help you with this. They charge a service fee and it isn't cheap. However, you can get your Z type faster.
