Is 9 jan 2016 a good date for wedding for the year born in tiger and dragon?

I am afraid not. Jan. 9 isn't an auspicious date based on Chinese Almanac. Jan. 1, 5 and 11 are good dates. You may pick one of these three days as your wedding day.
