About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Does it make a difference when applying for a visa, which passport I use?

I am an American/Hungarian dual national and carry both passports. I live part time in Hungary (I have a Hungarian residency card).
Thank you.

Victor

It depends where you apply. If you apply in Hungary, then you should apply with your Hungarian passport. In US, you should use your American passport. If you apply in non of these two countries, then I think American passport is much better.
