Ik, how long is the stay duration allowed by your M type? I don't think you need to apply for workingh and residence permit actually.

I was given one year M type but 30d ays each stay and I have stayed 14days already. But I have a company that I want to be working with now and they are ready to help me get a resident permit or working permit. Reply now urgent. Hope I can get the resident permit.

In this case, you should apply for a Z type with your company. You'd better visit local entry and exit management bureau to confirm whether you need to exit mainland to apply for the Z or you can change your M type to Z without leaving.
