About:China Visa Exemption

US citizens from USA to Beijing to Taipei, and then back to Shanghai to Dallas.

We are going from USA to Beijing to Taipei, and then back to Shanghai to Dallas. Will we qualify for the 72-hour exemption from Dallas - Beijing - Taipei? Taipei - Shanghai - Dallas?
