About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Arriving PEK from Zurich in T3-D at 05:15 and need to get to T2 to take a flight to Urumqi at 09:00

How do I get from T3 to T2 if I am outside the secure flight area? Can I still take the free shuttle bus.

Yes, you can surely take the free shuttle bus to get from T3 to T2.
