can i get a visa at the arrival?

hello,i have to attend an important meeting this friday morning between to companies. im now in macau but seems to late to apply for one.can i get an entry permit at the port of shekou if the company gives a letter explaining the emergency of the meeting? can the the company i m going to trade with  contact the shekou port immigration and explain? will that work?

Florent, it's hard to say because the port doesn't issue VOAs for French passport holders. However, you can ask the company to contact the port office and try the best to persuade them. Good luck!
