beijing lu to pazhou station, guangzhou

Question

I am a bit confused since some maps show the metro map but some are still under construction.  May I ask how to best take the metro from Beijing Lu to Pazhou Station?  Thanks

In Beijing Road Station to take subway line 6 to Haizhu Square (actually they are 10-15min's walking distance), where you can transfer to line 2 to Changgang Station. Then transfer to line 8 to Pazhou station.
