About:Hong Kong to Guangzhou Ferry

HKIA- Pazhou

My flight arriving HKIA at 13:35. Will I make it for ticket purchase to Pazhou? Since the last ferry from Skypier to Pazhou is at 15:00pm. If I have checked in luggage is it enough time for me to catch on the ferry to Pazhou

Yes, it's doable. Note that you don't need to collect your check-in luggage, just show your luggage tag at E2 then luggage will be delivered to the ferry. You just need to arrive at the Sky Pier 60min before the ferry departure.
