When traveling from the US to China, what type of electrical devices do I need for my laptop, cell phone, blow dryer, hair flat iron, and C-pap machine?

Jana, if you have an adaptor, you should bring it. If not, you can buy one from the supermarket when you arrive in Chengdu.
