About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

I hold a Indian passport. Is it possible for me to apply for China entry permit from Hong Kong?

I hold Hong-Kong student visa.

Well, as you hold Hong Kong resident permit, which refers to the student type entry permit, I think it is possible for you to apply for it from Hong Hong.
