can i get the z visa the same day as the application?

i am a malaysian, i am from sabah. i need to go to KL to get the z type. i'd like to fly to KL to get the z type then directly fly to china so that i dont need to spend money for hotel in KL. so once i go to the embassy to apply, is there a rush service so i can get it the same day as the application?

The embassy does offer the rush service, but I'm afraid you can't get the Z type on the same day. Even the rush service takes two working days.

2 working days means the day of the application also counts? Does it mean that I can collect it the next day?

Yes, you are right. The day of the application also counts, that means you can collect on thte next working day.
