How will i go to disneyland coming from east tsim sha tui thru MTR?

At Tsim Sha Tsui East, you can take West Rail Line to Nam Cheong Station. There transfer to Tung Chung line to Sunny Bay, where transfer to Disneyland Line to your destination.
