what is supporting letter from organization?

Kindly guide me How to write a supporting letter from Organization to his employee for M type, To whom this write, Embassy or employee?

HAROON, it is actually an guarantee letter, in which it states when you leave, where you go to, how long you will be there and what consequence your company will burden if you don't come back.
