Half day for Tianzi Mountain and half day for Yuanjiajie are possible?

I have afternoon of first day and morning of second day to visit Zhangjiajie forest park. So that I choose to visit only Tianzi Mountain and Yuanjiajie. Could you please suggest is it possible to do so? I heard that the Tianzi cable car is closed, how to go there if I start at wulingyuan gate? Moreover, what is the open time of bailong elevator? I may need to go very early to done it by noon. Thank you very much.'
