Question

Hi, I am doing my studies in mainland china. I have a  residence permit valid until 20th October 2015.  Recently I got an job offer in another country and the joining date is June 1st 2015. For defending my thesis I may need to come back after first week of November. Is there any possibility to renew my VISA before going to other country i.e in May?

Kumar, I’m afraid you cannot renew your residence permit so early. You have to return China before it expires and extend it. Otherwise, you need to apply for another entry permit in the other country.
