About:Hong Kong Visa Application

I am a mainland Chinese student studying in the US

Besides my passport, the 1003A form, my I-20 form and passport photo, is there anything else I should bring to the China Consulate? And should I fill the 1003A form in Chinese or English?

You should also bring relevant proofs to justify for your stay in Hong Kong, such as itinerary plan, round-trip tickets, accommodation arrangenment, etc.

The form can be filled either in Chinese or English.
