About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

I work for Delta airlines and would like to fly to Shanghai on a pass, then on to Hong Kong.

Are employee passes allowed as part of this program? or does it have to been a purchased confirmed ticket?

Kevin, I personally think the employee pass plus a letter from your company will do, but you had better confirm this with the embassy.
