Where can i found a sample invitation letter?

It should concern the governement requirement for the invitation letter for commercials and trade activities?

Pongo, in fact, there is no fixed sample of the invitation letter. The format is flexible. The most essential point is to contain the following information in the letter: a. personal particulars of the applicant; b. personal information about the inviting entity or individual; and c. information about the forthcoming visit and relationship between the applicant and the inviter.
